Leslie Valle, M.D., MBA
Leslie Valle, M.D., MBA was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA. She attended college at University of California Santa Barbara where she received two bachelor degrees in literature while serving her community as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 5 years before attending medical school and her internship. She is multicultural and bilingual and has dedicated her studies, experiences and life's work with people with cancer and chronic disorders by integrating Bioenergetic medicine, nutrition, lifestyle and Biological medicine.
After finishing her medical degree and internship, Dr. Valle pursued further medical knowledge and training from different corners of the world. Part of her medical training was working with a renowned physician, Thomas Rau, M.D. at the Paracelsus Clinic, in Switzerland, receiving certification in Swiss Biological Medicine.
She quickly realized that nutrition and lifestyle has a major percentage in health and healing. Medical school did not provide ample time teaching that 80% of your immune system lives in your gut. In fact, nor was it emphasized that with the right nutrition, combination of physical activity and adequate sleep most diseases can be prevented or reversed. For this reason, Dr. Valle decided to further her education by supplementing her training with the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.
Equipped with the knowledge and tools to help change lives for the better, Dr. Valle believes integrative medicine offers patients the option: to choose, and combine conventional medicine with alternative medicine to heal and rejuvenate. Her experience with cancer wellness programs has been life changing. Dr. Valle learned that by nurturing mind/body/spirit, individuals can reach optimum health and a resilient outcome. She wants you to experience healthy living and a personal transformation that will guide you to a full and happy life.
Enlightening, visceral, state-of-the-art, captivating, interactive, and dynamic – these are the words I choose to highlight my experience at the four-day at Alive and Thrive with Cancer Program. I had cancer diagnosed in both breasts and chose to have a double mastectomy. My experience was, to put it mildly, exhausting, confusing, a full-time job, lonely, abandoning, depressing, and hopeless.
Dr. Julie Taguchi, Dr. Leslie Valle, Dr. Janet Hranicky, and Julia Loggins, CHT, CHP, employed and delivered a passionate array of skill-set knowledge for navigating the cancer journey – using visionary dance, diet, nutrition, detox, interactive music, state-of-the-art IV drips, bio energetic medicine systems, psychodynamics of personal causation of cancer, colonics, meditation, improving communication with medical team and family members, sexuality, how to read diagnostics, and more.
I am extremely grateful to these women who have been brave and forthright to educate women so that they too may experience the sliver lining of cancer and encourage and teach them to develop the knowledge and sills to thrive and be Alive with Cancer. I can not speak highly enough of my experience.
Dr. Julie became my Oncologist when I found myself needing one in mid-2019. I hadn’t spent much time considering I would have a reoccurrence of breast cancer after 17 years. Most Sincerely with Gratitude and Love.
Julia Loggins became a valuable part of my wellness team in late 2019. Such a wealth of knowledge and expertise Julia has.
